Ozz Barcelona extends its work in the defense of emerging and sustainable creativity, welcoming artists and creatives from different disciplines, in its different spaces and actions that include: Coworking, Workshop, The Ciudad Jardín Video Art Festival, Artistic Residences, etc. With intense desires to contribute, to innovate, to differentiate, to build art and society in a self-managed and sustainable way. Ozz is the ideal way to make yourself known, create synergies and support individual work collectively and sustainably.
Sustainability Policy
Aware of the importance of maintaining sustainable tourism development, and having assumed the principles and objectives specifically adopted at the World Summit on Sustainable Development 2015, COP 21 and the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism + 20, Ozz Barcelona is committed to carrying out sustainable management of its activities, through the adoption of commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating or reducing the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of the establishment, improving its behavior with the environment.
In this sence, our entity has adopted the following Responsible Tourism Policy, through which it undertakes to comply with the requirements established in the BIOSPHERE adhesion, which includes, among other things, the legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by tourism activity. Likewise, Ozz Barcelona participates in the Barcelona Tourism, Barcelona + Sustainable program.
Likewise, we commit ourselves to motivate and train our staff with training and awareness actions on the principles of Responsible Tourism, to promote good environmental practices in the environment and to participate in external activities, and to inform both internally and externally about progress and environmental actions of the company.
Similarly, our establishment expresses the commitment to combat sexual exploitation or any other form of exploitation and commercial harassment, in particular of children, adolescents, women and minorities; and we commit ourselves to adopt universal accessibility measures.
One of our main objectives is to improve sustainable management, assuming the commitments of continuous improvement in all areas of sustainability: social, economic and environmental, as well as customer satisfaction. For this, the projects of future extensions of the facilities or activities will be submitted to criteria of sustainability and efficiency in the use of resources.
This Responsible Tourism Policy will be updated whenever the circumstances require it, adopting and publishing in both cases new sustainability objectives.
